It all depends from you! If you keep sending requests, and providing fast feedback, it is possible (but not guaranteed) to get a logo design, branding, logo animation and landing page design or/and introduction video created, and maybe more.

They're way more expensive and harder to manage. A senior-level designer will easily cost you over €60k plus, you've got to factor in benefits, vacation days, etc.. And if you want some motion design or video done, that's another person right there you need to hire.

On top of that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription whenever necessary, ensuring you're only paying your designer when you have active work for them.

No. Once subscribed, you are free to add as many design requests to your queue as you please, and they will be delivered, one by one.

We use a lot of different programs including the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects ,etc) and Figma

You get your own Trello board, where you can create the requests. From there, if you can link it to Trello it is fair game! From sharing Google Docs, writing it out, or even starring in your own brief Loom video (because who doesn't love a little on-screen action?), we're game!

Yes! We don't do any 3D models or 3D animation, document design (medical forms, etc.), character animation and rigging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.) UI/UX for apps and extensive websites. If it's not on the list, it's always better to get in touch with us and ask!

You might not have a whole month's worth of design tasks lined up. Maybe it's just one or two requests for now. That's where hitting the pause button on your subscription comes to the rescue.

Our billing cycles run on a 31-day period. That way if you use 21 days, and then decide to take a breather, you can. By pausing your subscription, you freeze the billing cycle, leaving you with 10 days of service ready to roll whenever you're ready to dive back in.

Tasks usually take between 2-3 days to complete, however, bigger requests can take more time. When that happens, we always keep you updated on the process.

We work on a no meeting policy, so we have more time to design and deliver work faster. But don't worry! You still get messages from us updating you every time your designs are ready, and the occasional Loom video to see our pretty faces

We spend a lot of time and resources to deliver our designs, so there are no refunds given, but you can cancel any time, no questions asked
